When should I get medical advice instead of using it?

Get prompt medical advice if the knee locks, gives way, swells markedly, cannot take weight, or hurts very badly. Get urgent care for a hot, red, swollen joint with fever.

Even if you've used it, you can return it within 45 days of delivery at no cost to you — if we need it back, we email you a prepaid US return label.
