This store, Welnexx, is operated by Muhammed Veysel Erin LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our store or buy from us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details: your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number.
- Order details: your shipping and billing address, the items you buy and your order history.
- Payment details: card payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Messages: what you send us by email, including the photos and videos you send to start a return.
- Device and browsing details: your IP address, browser, device type and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To take, prepare, ship and deliver your order.
- To handle returns, refunds and delay refunds.
- To answer your emails.
- To prevent fraud and protect our store and customers.
- To run and improve our store, including measuring what visitors use.
- To send you marketing emails, only if you choose to receive them. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed to run the store:
- Shopify, the platform our store runs on.
- Payment providers, to process your payment.
- Order preparation and shipping partners and carriers, to get your order to you.
- Service providers that help us with email, analytics and advertising.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or merged.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by the partners who prepare and ship orders.
Cookies
Cookies help the store work, remember your cart and measure visits. Some cookies may be used by advertising partners to show you our ads on other sites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the store, like the cart, may not work without them.

We will confirm your request by matching it with the information we already have, such as your order number and email address. You may also ask someone you authorize to make a request for you. We respond within the time the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it for your orders, returns and refunds, and for our legal, tax and accounting records. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Children
Our store is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
