Refund policy
Even if you've used it, you can return it within 45 days of delivery at no cost to you — if we need it back, we email you a prepaid US return label.
The short version
- You have 45 days, counted from the day your order is delivered.
- Used is fine.
- Returns cost you nothing.
- There is no limit per household and no limit on how many items you return.
- The refund is money back, not store credit.
How to start a return
To start a return, email contact@welnexx.com with the order number, a photo and a short video.
The photo and video can be simple: the product, as it is now, filmed on your phone. We reply by email and guide you through the rest.
If we need the product back
If we need it back, we email you a prepaid US return label. You pack the product, attach the label and drop it off. You do not pay for return shipping.

Gifts
The gift recipient can start a return with the order number; the refund goes to the original payment card.
How you get your money back
The refund goes to the original payment card. You get the full product price back. Shipping was free, so there is no shipping charge to refund or to deduct.
Once we send the refund, your bank may take a few business days to show it on your statement.
Late or missing orders
Delivery delays have their own refunds, separate from this return policy. If your order never arrives, you get a full refund. See our Shipping Policy for details.
