How soon will I get my refund?

Our Refund Policy gives no number of days for sending the refund. Once we send the refund, your bank may take a few business days to show it on your statement. The refund goes to the original payment card. Even if you've used it, you can return it within 45 days of delivery at no cost to you — if we need it back, we email you a prepaid US return label.
