Under what conditions do you cancel an order?

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud, cannot confirm payment or find an error in the order. If we cancel an order you paid for, we refund the full amount to the original payment card.

Even if you've used it, you can return it within 45 days of delivery at no cost to you — if we need it back, we email you a prepaid US return label.
