Shipping Policy
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days and delivered in 6–12 business days.
Cost
- Shipping is free. There is no minimum order.
- No extra charges of any kind at delivery. Taxes, duties and customs fees are on us, not on you.
- The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays. Your order travels by international shipping.
Your promised delivery date is the last day of this window: up to 15 business days after you place your order.
If your order is late
We pay you for delays, whatever the reason: weather, natural disasters or busy seasons.
- 10 or more days after the promised delivery date: we refund 5 percent of the product price.
- Not arrived 30 days after your order: we refund 15 percent of the product price.
These two refunds do not add up: the most you receive for one order is 15 percent.
To claim a delay refund, email contact@welnexx.com with your order number. The refund goes to the original payment card.
If we cannot ship on time, or your order never arrives
If we cannot ship your order within the time stated above, we email you before that time. The email gives you a new shipping date and the choice to cancel your order for a full refund.
If your order never arrives, you get a full refund. This right stands on its own; the delay refunds above do not replace it.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email contact@welnexx.com with your order number as soon as possible. We can change the address before your order ships.
Returns
Even if you've used it, you can return it within 45 days of delivery at no cost to you — if we need it back, we email you a prepaid US return label. See our Refund Policy for details.
