This store, Welnexx, is operated by Muhammed Veysel Erin LLC ("we", "us"). By using this store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree to give us true and complete information when you place an order.

2. Products and prices

• Prices are in US dollars.
• Shipping is free, and there are no extra charges of any kind at delivery.
• We try to describe our product and show its price correctly. If we find a mistake in a price or description after you order, we contact you. You can then confirm the order at the correct details or cancel it for a full refund.
• Product specifications are listed on the product page. Colors and details may look slightly different on your screen.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud, cannot confirm payment or find an error in the order. If we cancel an order you paid for, we refund the full amount to the original payment card.

4. Shipping

Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days and delivered in 6–12 business days. Delay refunds and your right to a full refund if an order never arrives are set out in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these Terms.

5. Returns and refunds

Even if you've used it, you can return it within 45 days of delivery at no cost to you — if we need it back, we email you a prepaid US return label. Our Refund Policy is part of these Terms.

6. No separate written warranty

Welnexx does not provide a separate written warranty for its product. Our 45-day return policy applies to every order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.

7. Using the product safely

Our product is a personal comfort device. It is not medical advice, and nothing in this store is medical advice. Read the manual before first use and follow it. If you have a medical condition, reduced feeling in your skin, or a recent injury or surgery, ask a clinician before use. Never use the product while asleep.

8. Using this store

You agree not to:

• Break any law while using the store.
• Try to access parts of the store or our systems that are not meant for you.
• Upload harmful code or interfere with how the store works.
• Copy or resell our content without our written permission.
• Place orders with false information or someone else's payment card.

9. Our content

The text, images and design of this store belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You may view them for your own personal use.

10. Third-party services

Our store runs on Shopify. Payments are handled by our payment providers. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply when you use their services. We are not responsible for websites we link to but do not control.

11. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the store or the product. To the same extent, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information. It is part of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version shown on this page when you place an order applies to that order. When we make changes, we update the "Last updated" date at the top.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away any consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.
