2. Products & Use

All products sold are comfort and wellness products intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

Products are not medical devices, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and should not be considered medical advice.

Use of all products is at the customer’s own risk. The company is not responsible for misuse, improper handling, or use outside of intended guidelines.

3. Orders & Payments

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
We do not store, process, or have access to payment card information.

By placing an order, you authorize Stripe to charge the provided payment method for the total order amount.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 4–11 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

In cases of lost, delayed, or damaged shipments, resolution will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Customs duties and import taxes are generally included in the product price; however, in certain cases, additional taxes or fees may be charged by local authorities and remain the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 60-day return period from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • In acceptable condition

  • Free from excessive wear, damage, or contamination

  • Returned in accordance with hygiene and safety standards

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of improper use or unsanitary condition.

Return shipping costs are covered by us, provided the return request is approved.

Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.

6. Warranty

A limited warranty is provided only for manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Improper handling or unauthorized modifications

No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.
