Can I change my shipping address?

We can change the address before your order ships. If you spot a mistake, email contact@welnexx.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Even if you've used it, you can return it within 45 days of delivery at no cost to you — if we need it back, we email you a prepaid US return label.
