What is your return policy?

Even if you've used it, you can return it within 45 days of delivery at no cost to you — if we need it back, we email you a prepaid US return label. To start a return, email contact@welnexx.com with the order number, a photo and a short video. Please wait for our email before you send anything back. The refund is money back, not store credit, and goes to the original payment card.
