How do I send the photo and video for a return?

Email the photo and short video to contact@welnexx.com with the order number. They can be simple: show the product as it is now, filmed on your phone. Even if you've used it, you can return it within 45 days of delivery at no cost to you — if we need it back, we email you a prepaid US return label.
