- Sit in a steady chair with your feet flat on the floor.
- Wrap it around the front of your knee. It should feel snug, with room for two fingers under the strap. The manual shows how to fit the strap.
- Start at the lowest heat setting. Keep the first session short.
- Take it off and look at your skin. Move up a setting only if the lower one felt comfortable.

The Welnexx knee wrap is made for knees that feel stiff, achy or worn. You put it on sitting down, use it for one short round, and take it off in the same chair. It also works as a gift for a parent. The specifications are in the table below.
The Welnexx Knee Routine. It pairs an NHS seated knee movement with heat used only after a skin-and-knee check and within the manual's limits, plus a weekly 30-second chair count, with someone beside you, kept as your own record.

Move first, seated
In a steady chair with back support, straighten one knee and hold it for 3 seconds; the NHS lists 10 repeats, 1–2 sets. Ask a clinician which moves suit you. Skip this if your knee locks, gives way, swells markedly or cannot take weight.
Check, then the lowest heat
Before heat, check your skin and knee: no heat on a swollen knee, on broken skin or where feeling is reduced. Start at the lowest setting, 40 °C (104 °F), and stay within the manual's limits.
Look at your skin
Take it off in the same chair and look at your skin. Stop heat if the warmth felt uncomfortable or if you see marked redness or new swelling.
Count once a week
Once a week, with someone beside you, count how many times you stand up fully from a chair in 30 seconds, arms crossed on your chest. If you need your arms, stop and write 0. It is your own record, not a measure of the wrap.
Safety check before every use
- Do not use heat on a swollen knee, on broken or badly bruised skin, or where feeling is reduced (for example from diabetic nerve damage, poor circulation or numbness). Ask a clinician first.
- Never use it while asleep.
- Stop heat if the warmth feels uncomfortable, or if you see marked redness or new swelling.
- Get prompt medical advice if the knee locks, gives way, swells markedly, cannot take weight, or hurts very badly. Get urgent care for a hot, red, swollen joint with fever.
- After a sports injury, knee surgery or a fall, see a clinician before use.

There is no separate warranty. The 45-day return covers you instead: it applies even if you've used it, and the return costs you nothing.
Who can start the return on a gift?
The gift recipient can start a return with the order number; the refund goes to the original payment card.
Will it fit my knee?
Wrap it around the front of the knee; it should be snug, with room for two fingers under the strap. The listing gives no strap length, so check the manual and try it on seated. If it does not fit, you can return it, even after trying it on.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days and delivered in 6–12 business days, with free shipping and no extra charges on delivery. If an order arrives 10 or more days after the promised delivery date, 5 percent of the product price is refunded; if it has not arrived 30 days after the order, 15 percent is refunded, whatever the reason. The two do not add up: the most refunded for one order is 15 percent.
Will I pay anything at delivery?
No. There are no extra charges of any kind at delivery. Taxes, duties and customs fees are on us.
Can I use it while I sleep?
No. Never use it while asleep. Check your skin after each use.
Is this a medical product?
We make no medical claims for this wrap. It does not replace care from a clinician. If you have a medical condition or reduced feeling in your skin, ask a clinician before use.
